From Dream to Reality.
From a dream to reality, we are excited to announce we can now travel with our food truck! What started as a passion for BBQ has turned into a community experience we never imagined. From setting up our first grill to getting a smoker and setting up tents to share our smoked meats with the community, we’ve loved every moment of sharing our flavors with y’all.
Where It All Began.
It all started when I created a makeshift grill out of tin foil pans and coal. A dream of what delicious meals could be created was born, and thanks to my family, we received a real grill for Christmas in 2018.
At this point, I began sharing chicken BBQ samples, which soon led to selling BBQ by the pound!
Before I knew it, we bought a smoker so that we could hone in our craft and infuse amazing flavors by smoking our meat low & slow.
Because of our loyal and amazing customers, we started catering events across NE Carolina, sharing our passion and dreams with others, drawing the community together over delicious BBQ.
Where We Are Now.
As of December 2024, we have our own food truck! This gives us even more flexibility to travel for all your most special family events. Bring the heat and the smoke to any season or holiday, including:
